Review :
First and foremost condition of necessity: it stays inflated all night. I have had so many air products not stay inflated. This one did perfectly. Didn't lose any air.
Second: it is tiny. Absolutely tiny. And weighs nothing. Yet the pillow itself is not that small. It inflates to a decent size.
Because of the design of it, it really does cradle your head well. It's actually, believe it or not, comfortable. Specifically if you can keep on your back. I move around so this posed another condition:
The pillow was actually comfortable on my sides also. I could kind of tuck it under my shoulder and neck and it stabilized me this way too.
This does like to slip around but there is an easy fix for this. Take some seam sealer and add some lines and dots. No more slipping.
If you would like for me to shoot a video on this, let me know.
Light weight, comfortable.
Easy to inflate
Easy to deflate. The x pattern can lock in air but with some practice you will figure out how to get all of the air out easily.
The feel of the pad against your face isn’t soft nor that comfortable. That is when I place a shirt over it; problem solved.
Cradles the head.

Throwback Thursday! Out on Foot - Overnight Adventure
It's Throwback Thursday where a great backpacking trip from the past is shared just in case you haven't seen it. This was one of my favorite trips out on the AT which includes a shelter deep into the wood for just myself to enjoy and an up-close and personal bear encounter.
If you haven't seen this Adventure I think that you will like it a lot.
Also, this video is important because it will tie in with an future overnight trip.

Responsibly Sourced Goose Down

Pertex Quantum Ripstop .85oz/yd
We use this ultralight Pertex Quantum as the shell fabric on our sleeping bags. Pertex Quantum fabric is down proof, very breathable, and features the best DWR treatment we have seen. This fabric’s low weight and high thread count give it a soft hand that allows our premium down to loft better than a heavier, stiffer fabric would. You get the best of both worlds: reduced weight and increased loft and warmth. While this advanced material is very strong for its weight, care should be taken to protect it from abrasion and tears.
Very light weight
Quilt Style Sleeping Bag
The idea behind a quilt style sleeping bag is to eliminate the insulation that is on the bottom of a conventional sleeping bag. With a conventional sleeping bag, any insulation under your body is crushed. Since insulation must have loft and trap air to be effective, the crushed insulation under your body is wasted.

Comfortable
