This is the 4th episode of Pouches which is all about PALS/MOLLE pouches.  There are so many pouches and variations on the market but when you go online to try to find the perfect one it is virtually impossible to tell what you are looking at.  Most sites don't even provide dimensions for size referencing.

This is a genuine US military surplus Individual First Aid Kit Pouch (IFAK) in Coyote Brown.

This pouch measures approximately 7" (H) x 6" (W) x 3" (D) and features a plastic buckle fastener to secure the pouch closed.  This pouch was designed to hold an insert (not included) that contains individual first aid kit supplies.  This pouch features plastic stiffeners on each side to maintain the shape of the pouch even if it's not full.  This would be a great general purpose utility pouch that can be added to any piece of MOLLE/PALS compatible gear.

Excellent pouch for assorted items; you could place your misc kit inside of this, your first aid kit, power bag, etc.

Summary : This is the NEXT Generation of IBEX pack from Vanquest and what we are seeing here are some profound changes which have made this pack better in just about every single way.  That’s not to say that there isn’t room for improvement because I do have some suggestions to make.
