Hi Luke. This is very disappointing to see that Snugpak's Quality Control (QC) has gone awry. I own three Snugpak kits and I have been very happy with each piece: Under Blanket, Quilt and a Jungle Blanket. I will be using them this weekend. I was going to buy a Cocoon but I will hold off or consider an Outdoor Vital option.
