  3. Best so far Luke. Great addition having your wife go. She can help other women to go camping. You rock Suzy! Great to see two people working in harmony that is what a great marriage is about. God bless from Arizona. Hope to see more of these in the future.

  5. Hi Luke - I really enjoy your videos and comments. You said you were Lactose-intolerant. I am also - for eighteen years anyway. Age 40 I was diagnosed as such and gave up dairy for the most part except for things I could have along with Lactaid tablets. 2 years ago my son was diagnosed as lactose and gluten-intolerant - severely. Had to be home-schooled one year due to being so sick. I decided if he can't have wheat neither would I. And our lives changed. I won't go into all the good stuff that happened - lost weight, feel so much better, etc. BUT - our lactose-intolerance went away! Found out by accident about four months after going gluten-free. I always had 'accidents' where I would forget to take a lactaid in time - like with a Starbucks latte. Killers when I forgot my pill. I noticed that I no longer had symptoms when I missed taking the pill. Come to find out that with the reduced intestinal inflammation from giving up gluten - the lactose intolerance resolved itself. I tested one day with a pint of Hagen-Das - first I had in over a decade. I didn't get sick. I researched and its very common that lactose-intolerance is present with people who are gluten-sensitive. You should check this out. -Phil in Richmond. Gluten-free since Jan 2012!
