ReplyDeletei have a fenix uc35 v2 ( camo ) i use on my bicycle for a light , and when iam out in the woods ,, its super bright !
ReplyDeleteCant wait for the Review ,, ,,
ReplyDeleteI use streamlight for small flashlights because they are heap but of decent quality. For head lanps i like the petzel.
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to have something small and light weight to be able to carry in a pack
ReplyDeleteI'm in ,never win but fun to try love the honesty of your reviews
ReplyDeleteI'll give it a try. Maybe I will win.
ReplyDeleteI love your channel. Keep it up!
After 25 years of volunteer wilderness search and rescue I can appreciate lights that are built like a tank. My go to is an olight H15. I also run with 2 Fenix AA battery flashlights. They're old and I can't tell you the model. Thanks for all you do!
ReplyDeleteI've been using Coast for several years and they've been great so far. I really enjoy watching your channel, lots of useful information.
ReplyDeleteMy fiance uses the Olight. Very small and compact, he carries everyday in his pocket. It's about $60, very bright, adjustable brightness, it has the strobe setting as well, and uses the c-123 rechargeable batteries. So that's great. My four year old takes my flashlights to often so I do not use one that cost that much, my flashlight is a Skywolf Eye T-66. It's larger then my fiance's Olight, this will not fit in your pocket must you have Bigger Pockets. It's pretty nice, heavy metal feel. Uses rechargeable battery as well. Has adjustable brightness by pulling out the lens where you can zoom in on a specific item. You can actually adjust the area where the light shines from a small square to a big circle. I'm not sure on the price this was a gift from my dad. Thanks Dad! I do recommend anyone using any type of light to use one that's uses rechargeable batteries.
ReplyDeleteI've carried the Olight S1 baton for years. Would highly recommend this little light. It cost around $60, comes with two extra rechargeable batteries, 3 adjustable light settings, a strobe setting for emergencies and small and Compact and fits in your pocket. Extremely bright LED for its size oh, well worth the money. I use it at work when I need to extra light, use it around the farm, at the house, just a great little light with impressive brightness.
ReplyDeleteI'm in. Olight is my favorite. I just feel their quality is slightly better than the rest. I do like Fenix but I just cant get into their products like I do Olight. Nitecore is my favorite mini light maker
ReplyDeleteThanks for your honest reviews! Appreciate you!!
Paul
I like uco brand lights. They have 3 settings, bright, low and strobe. Then you pull on them to become a lantern. And they have a metal half loop to hang them. I have one that has been dropped numerous times and it keeps working.
ReplyDeleteI dont really have a favorite brand The one I use now is an Evergizer LED flashlight and that seems to work pretty good for what I use it for.
ReplyDeleteDepends on what im doing. My most used light is a petzyl tikka, inexpensive and does majority of what i need.
ReplyDeleteLooks like an awesome lantern!!
ReplyDeleteCOAST headlamp maker, bought from Costco, came with 2 headlamps 3 brightness settings adjustable zoom and two red lights as well. Owned many headlamps and these by far are the brightest headlamps I’ve ever owned. Fact that it was a two pack made this an even better value, one for the truck and one in my pack. Love it.
ReplyDeletei've been a sure fire guy for a while. but love getting new lights. Love the videos. Keep it up guys.
ReplyDeleteI like that your reviews are honest.
ReplyDeleteFirst, THANK YOU for your "no agenda" philosophy. How refreshing it is to receive honest and unbiased opinions.
ReplyDeleteThere are two flashlights I use and recommend:
The Husky brand (Home Depot holiday special) pocket flashlight uses 2 AA batts, has a simple on-off tail switch and gets used all the time.
My Klarus tactical flashlight has 4 brightness levels, a rechargeable USB port, 2000 max lumens, instant strobe and full power tail switches, and is my goto for work and outdoors use.
Actually, I use a 9-volt snap on flashlight as my every day carry. And I do use that small pocket flashlight almost everyday, day and night. They are inexpensive but put out a powerful beam that gives me light at a moments notice. Nothing fancy about this flashlight but so useful and handy. Your lantern would be great out in the backyard when I am at the BBQ in the dark...moveable, lightweight easy to use. Tnx for the great work you do with your channel...and it is a lot of work to put these vids together. But, appreciated by many.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE MY WOWTAC HEAD LAMP AND I USE WOWTAC FLASH LITES AND I ALSO USE MPOWER LUCI LATERN
