How Will The Company Respond? DOD Outdoors Ichi One Pole Tipi Tent

Let's cut to the chase, this tent needs to be removed from the market due to a defect; it leaks and I believe I have figured out the cause.

This is the second waterproof test of the DOD Outdoors Ichi One Pole Tent involving a brand new tent which was sent to me by the company.

What takes place is unacceptable and the question is, how will the company respond?  Will they do what's right or will they continue to sell it?
