Today Luke is reviewing the UCO STORMPROOF SWEETFIRE Strikeable Fire Starter.  It's good but not exactly what the company claims them to be.

In the past I reviewed the Sweetfire fire starters and for the most part this is the same product with the exception that this features a much larger section of ignition source material.

Each Point burns for 7 minutes each. Strikable tip, can be used with striker on box, eliminating need for matches. This new Stormproof Sweetfire is not only sweet for your gear collection, it's sweet for the planet. UCO took a good product and improved upon it and in my opinion there is no longer a need for the original sweet fire.  It’s a long running fire starter; it’s not perfect but it’s certainly a product which can assist you a great deal in less than perfect conditions.  There are many fire starters out there on the market with many being much worse than this.
