    Good honest review, Susie! I have had similar experiences with heated socks and gloves. Well, after one use they all ended up in a 55 gallon contractor bag with other items that were donated to Goodwill. The added weight when hiking was not worth it. My military wool mittens and wool socks are so much more effective. Some gimmicks are cool but electric clothing is not. Thank you Susie and Luke! Again, you guys rock. Alex
